Now that you're familiar with the location, let's step inside the Carlotta 2.

This model home is a product of Neal's Signature Homes, a semi-custom home builder known for its flexibility and customer-centric approach. 

If they don't have the design you're looking for, they might just allow you to tweak it, provided it's feasible from an architectural standpoint.

As you enter the Carlotta 2, you're greeted by two bedrooms with a full bathroom. 

One of the structural options available is the possibility to expand one bedroom and add an ensuite bathroom, giving it a more luxurious feel.

Also, inside before the great room is a flex room, aka The Club Room.

As you can see they've got it set up you know as really whatever you want whether it's a game room media room.

However, with structural options, you can make this into a fourth bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom as well depending on how you want to build it.

Moving further into the house, you'll find what I like to call the 'heart of the home' - the expansive open-concept great room.
