The third layer is the upgrade of the home. Most people add on top of the base price in design upgrades and structural upgrades that move the footprint. The fourth layer is whether you're going to add a pool. Neal, the builder, owns a pool company called Waterscapes, so you can build a pool with this build.
The Alcove is the first to release of all the new homes coming to Waterside. When all the communities are out, there won't be many options that sit between $1.1 and $1.3 million with the whole neighborhood averaging that. This makes The Alcove a unique offering.
