Artistry Sarasota, built by Kolter homes, offers over 10 floor plans featuring modern contemporary designs. The pricing ranges from the $400’s up the the $700’s... and beyond, depending on the structural and design options you add to a home. The homes are known for their big windows, natural light, water views, and large outdoor living spaces. Kolter homes uses green building materials and energy efficient appliances in the building of their homes in Artistry Sarasota. AND, NO CDD FEES! No CDD fees is a huge plus to living in this community.

Artistry Sarasota has a beautiful amenity center also known as the “Lakeside Clubhouse.” I love the zero entry resort style pool surrounded by palm trees overlooking the lake, what a view! Along the pool deck, you’ll find sun decks, and outdoor covered seating areas. Just outside the pool is a 2 in 1 sport court offering pickleball and basketball along with a tot lot. The tot lot is fenced in with a playground and swing set. Within the Clubhouse, residents have access to a yoga aerobics studio, full fitness center, and community room.

The Portrait Collection features 65’ by 150’ foot lots and the Watercolor Collection has 92’ by 150’ foot lots. The Artistry homesites offer both preserve views and water views.

2. Rothenbach Park: Rothenbach Park is known for its 5 miles of paved recreational trails. It’s often you find bikers, walkers, and runners among the trails in the natural Florida setting. The park also contains 2 playgrounds and a pavilion with picnic tables, restrooms, and grills.
3. Shopping Plaza: This plaza includes Publix Supermarket at Bee Ridge, Publix Pharmacy at Bee Ridge, Asaro’s Pizza, UPS, and more.
4. Laurel Oaks Country Club: Laurel Oaks Country Club is a members only country club and golf course, located within the Laurel Oaks gated community. However, anyone can join this country club.
5. Tatum Ridge Elementary School: Tatum Ridge Elementary School is an A-rated school within the Sarasota County School District.
6. Big Cat Habitat Gulf Coast Sanctuary: Big Cat Habitat is a local favorite when it comes to things to do in Sarasota. Featuring 150+ animals, shows, petting zoo, and more. Yearly passes make a great attraction for the kids.
7. The Celery Fields: The Celery Fields is another Sarasota favorite. Known for its exercise trails, bird watching, and sunsets among Sarasota’s tallest “mountain.”
