With the brand new waterside communities popping up in Sarasota, many of my clients are having some confusion about the difference between Lakewood Ranch and Waterside.

Worthington is a brand-new, new construction Sarasota community, which broke ground in 2019. Worthington is located a few miles east of I-75 seated on the corner of Palmer Blvd. and Lorraine Rd.
