About the Worthington Community
Worthington is a brand-new, new construction Sarasota community, which broke ground in 2019. Worthington is located a few miles east of I-75 seated on the corner of Palmer Blvd. and Lorraine Rd. Worthington is an intimate neighborhood that will consist of 156 homes, when completed. Split between two builders; half of the community will be built by MI Homes and the other half, Cardel Homes. Worthington offers its residents a gated entrance to the community, a passive park, walking trail, lake, and lawn irrigation all bundled within its low HOA.
