Arbor Lakes - Palmer Ranch Neighborhood
Arbor Lakes is a newer community in Palmer Ranch built by Taylor Morrison. This community broke ground on construction in 2015 and is finishing up the build on their last homes here in 2019. This new construction community is 100% sold out, but with a neighborhood consisting of 267 single family homes spread across 217 acres, you’re still bound to get your hands on a gorgeous resale. These homes feature the popular west indies architectural design, paired with trendy and updated interiors. Arbor Lakes is well sought after for families because of its school zoning. According to the 2019 school grades, Arbor Lakes is zoned to three A-rated schools in the Sarasota County School district. Arbor Lakes is zoned to Ashton Elementary, Sarasota Middle School, and Riverview High School.

Arbor Lakes has single family homes of both one-story and two-story floor plans. The smallest floor plan is a 1 story, 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage, 2,055 sq. ft. single family home. The largest floor plan in Arbor Lakes is a 2 story, 4 bed, 3.5 bath, 2 car garage, 3,422 sq. ft single family home. You will find some 3 car garages scattered throughout the community as well. Throughout Arbor Lakes 4 floor plans, you will find, designer kitchens, extended lanais, open floor plans, pools, game rooms, walk in pantries, and exterior balconies. Many of the homesites are situated on lakes throughout the neighborhood.

Arbor Lakes can appeal to those in any age and stage of life, but it tends to draw a younger crowd with its floor plans and amenities. For the kids, the community has a pirate themed playground paired with a pirate themed splash park. The splash park has a water slide, dumping bucket, a climbing net, and shallow water to splash around in. You’ll also find a heated resort-style pool and spa surrounded by lounging chairs with a view of one of the community’s lakes. Arbor Lakes also has a sand volleyball court and basketball court for the sports lovers! And for those that just want to relax, you can find yourself seated around the gas fire pit or shaded beneath the picnic pavilion. The community also features an events/activity lawn and a fenced in dog park for the pups to mingle.
Location of Arbor Lakes on Palmer Ranch
Arbor Lakes on Palmer Ranch has two entrances. Arbor Lakes main entrance is located off of Palmer Ranch Parkway, which is off of Honore Ave. This entrance is not gated, though, it remains fairly private. Many communities like to boast their convenience to I-75, but Arbor Lakes is the only true Palmer Ranch community that is seconds from I-75. This is because the second entrance to the community, which is gate code required, is off of Clark Road; this entrance is for residents only and provides quick access into the community
Palmer Ranch Community
Arbor Lakes is a neighborhood located within the Palmer Ranch Community. Within Palmer Ranch, you will find the Legacy Trail. A paved trail over 12 miles in length running from Sarasota to Venice. Many enjoy Potter Park, which is a 37 acre neighborhood park offering a public playground, picnic pavilion, gazebo, grills, basketball courts, lighted tennis courts, a field, restrooms, and nature trails. Check out the Culverhouse Nature Park and Community Garden along with the Stoneybrook Nature Trail. Arbor Lakes remains a close distance to other conveniences such as Costco, Publix, and a quick access to Clark Rd to head right on down to Siesta Key.
