Hampton Lakes is a new construction community located off of Fruitville Rd. Hampton Lakes is being built by Medallion Home, a builder founded in 1984. This community is gorgeous. Land, air, space, greenery, privacy, peace, and location! I brought my drone and camera out to this community recently to grab some shots because I just can't get enough of it.
About Hampton Lakes
This community, situated about 10 miles east of 1-75, provides a quiet and peaceful lifestyle. Its secluded location lets you avoid the hustle and bustle of busy roads, but also remains fairly close to shopping and entertainment.
