Esplanade Palmer Ranch Amenities
Amenities are what have people moving to Esplanade Palmer Ranch! Esplanade is a gated and maintenance free community. There really is nothing like the resort lifestyle that this community has created. You literally feel like you are on vacation when you’re sipping a drink, poolside. When it comes to relaxing and socializing, Esplanade Palmer Ranch has the setup between the large resort style pool, poolside cabanas, a spa, a Bahama bar and grill, and a fire pit. The Bahama bar and grill is really a standout amenity for this community with its full bar and restaurant overlooking the pool.
But not only is this community have it all when comes to relaxing, they also are big on an active lifestyle. I mean, there are 8 pickleball courts! The state-of-the-art fitness center has suspension training, locker rooms, group classes, and personal training. Another really cool feature of this neighborhood is that it provides direct access to the Legacy Bike Trail. Esplanade Palmer Ranch Floorplans and Pricing
Esplanade has 4 kinds of residences to choose from: single family homes, detached villas, condos, and legacy estates.
The detached villas are basically a single-family home, only on a narrower lot. You don’t have a front entry door, but a side entry door. They are 1,600 sqft. to 1,900 sqft. It’s a great way to get into the community at a lower price point. Condos make for a great option for that as well.
Legacy Estates are single family homes; however, they are within their own separate and gated section of Esplanade. The main difference is that they are bigger homes on bigger lots.

Esplanade Palmer Ranch is located off Honore Ave. in South Palmer Ranch. Palmer Ranch is a residential area surrounded by other neighborhoods.
