Phillippi Estate Park is located in Sarasota, off of Tamiami Trail. This is a 60 acre park with a handful of unique amenities or things to do. At Phillippi Estate Park, you'l find the historic Edson Keith Mansion, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Throughout the park, you'll also find a canoe/kayak launch, a small fishing pier, a gazebo, nature trails, a playground, and restrooms.
