Lakehouse Cove is one of Waterside’s first neighborhoods. This Lakewood Ranch community started off the Waterside area new construction in 2017 with a bang. Lakehouse Cove puts an emphasis on its coastal designs and architecture which are evident through its floorplans and amenity center. The amenities are designed to make you feel like you’re living on lake time. As you enter the neighborhoods clubhouse, which they refer to as the “Lake House” you’ll feel right at home. Lakehouse Cove at Waterside Amenities
With a focus on recreation, Lakehouse Cove offers amenities that fall right in line with its outdoor emphasis. Lakehouse Cove amenities include pickleball courts, an events lawn, a dock/ kayak launch with storage, a playground, bocce ball, a clubhouse, fitness center, resort style pool and spa, fire pit, and dog park. Lakehouse Cove also has a lifestyle director who plans events for the residents of the community. This neighborhood is maintenance free or in other words, the maintenance is included in the HOA fees. Lakehouse Cove will also have a water taxi, shuttling residents to and from Waterside Place.
