Lakehouse Cove is one of Waterside’s first neighborhoods. This Lakewood Ranch community started off the Waterside area new construction in 2017 with a bang. Lakehouse Cove puts an emphasis on its coastal designs and architecture which are evident through its floorplans and amenity center. The amenities are designed to make you feel like you’re living on lake time. As you enter the neighborhoods clubhouse, which they refer to as the “Lake House” you’ll feel right at home.
