The Oaks
The Oaks on Palmer Ranch is a gated community made of up four subdivisions. The Oaks Clubside, Oaks Bayside, Oaks Preserve, and The Meridian. All of which encompass 1,000 acres of land. Bertha Palmer built her residency on this parcel of land. After her passing, her heirs sold the land to be developed into what it is today. The Oaks is home to the Oaks Club which is an exclusive member only golf and country club with two 18-hole golf courses. Please visit their website for more information on the Oaks Club. The Oaks is located off US 41, south of Mcintosh and is zoned to Laurel Nokomis Elementary, Laurel Nokomis Middle, and Riverview High School.
