The Sarasota Farmers Market is located on Lemon Ave. in downtown Sarasota. The Sarasota Farmers Market takes place every Saturday from 7am-1pm. This outdoor market was originally established in 1979 and is thriving today with over 70 vendors, and a focus on local farms and growers! This is Sarasota’s most popular farmers market! The vendors feature a variety of artisans- selling soaps, baskets, candles, clothes, and more. As well as vendors selling flowers, plants, produce, fresh seafood, and food/beverages. Two of my favorite local vendors are Grove Ladder Farm and JavaDawg Coffee. Take a stroll, bring the dog on a leash, listen to music, and enjoy the fresh air in sunny Sarasota!
