She has expansive market knowledge and expertise in luxury residential and commercial sales, land development and government-funded sales. Prior to a career in real estate, Julie helped clients create plans to meet their financial goals, as co-owner and head of sales and marketing for Purves & Associates, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services.
Julie is a passionate advocate for the importance of connection and mental health and wellness. Through Care for Florida, she serves as a volunteer counselor and coach, providing 1:1 mentoring to individuals who need support in achieving emotional well-being. Julie lives in Lakewood Ranch with her three teenagers, Molly, Micah and Maverick, and a toy poodle named Scooby.
