Five miles north on Tamiami Trail is the South bridge to enter the barrier island of Siesta Key, where you can enjoy the sun and sand at Siesta Beach, Turtle Beach, Crescent Beach. Siesta Beach is world famous for its 99.9% quartz crystal soft sand that is cool to walk on. You will find only locally owned restaurants and shopping in Siesta Key Village. Downtown Sarasota is 20 minutes away and home to locally owned and award-winning restaurants, nightlife, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Art Museum, The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art.

The condo is currently unavailable January - April 2024 and November 2024. It is also unavailable January - April 2025. Tenants to pay Sarasota County 7% Sales and 6% Tourism taxes, a total of 13% in taxes for rentals less than 6 months. January - April are the seasonal months.
