Arbor Lakes is a newer community in Palmer Ranch built by Taylor Morrison. This community broke ground on construction in 2015 and is finishing up the build on their last homes here in 2019. This new construction community is 100% sold out, but with a neighborhood consisting of 267 single family homes spread across 217 acres, you’re still bound to get your hands on a gorgeous resale.
